Design and build.

Gardens built around you.

1) Consultation

This free initial consultation gives James a chance to get to you know you and your garden. The aim is to gain an understanding of your aspirations, approximate budget as well as your stylistic preferences. During this meeting our design fees will be outlined.

4) Design development

Using the feedback you have given us we will refine the designs and produce 3D visualisations. Upon you further approval will then produce a scaled masterplan, specification and any necessary construction details needed for the garden to go to tender.

2) Site Survey

Upon approval of our design fees and payment of the design deposit James will carry out a site survey. This involves taking measurements as well assessing the topography of your garden. He will also record any existing features such as protected trees and manholes which should be considered.

5) Construction quotation

Only when you are completely happy with the design, we will provide you with a full written quote for the garden build. Upon you approval we will send across our contract and deposit invoice to secure a start date for the build of the project.

3) Concept Design

The next phase is to develop concept sketches based on the client brief. Each design will have an accompanying set of mood boards, demonstrating the proposed material pallets. These drawings will be hand delivered, as we believe this is the best way to communicate ideas and receive feedback.

6) Build

From day one we aim to make the build process as easy as possible for you. James will talk to you through each stage as well regularly updating you on progress.
